about

"Magic Mushrooms" was released a while ago, but what were never released were its follow up albums.
The second album "I Went Looking For Something I Couldn't Find" was a bit of a mish mash with new songs and a couple of cover verions. Some of the tracks have made it onto newer albums, but most have been sitting in my computer for almost 20 years.
The third album "Uncertainty" was pretty much the same. Some of the demo's from this album were popped onto Bandcamp a while ago, but the finished tracks were never released.
The fourth and fifth albums "The Collective" and "Hours" have seen some of the tracks make it onto newer albums, but there is still a fair amount of material for me to delve through.

So this is why we are where we are now. This is the alternate version of the album "I Went Looking". I took off the cover versions and remastered what was left. I've fleshed it out with a couple of remastered, reimagined and extended tracks from "Magic Mushrooms" and some material from "Uncertainty" and "Hours". These are not short tracks. I'm a meanderer and always have been, but it makes for a very long album :) Its a little slice of 90s-00s dance and electro, with a lot of ambient thrown in.

I hope you like it!

about

Jeff Appleton Fakenham, UK

Drinks tea and presses buttons/keys/guitar strings. Also been known to eat food types and do menial tasks.

Mild mannered public servant by day, but at random other times he becomes a mild mannered bloke who makes music and produces remixes. That's when he's not looking after small children, a mad partner, and on excursions to nice places and shops.
